Conditions for Return:

  • Condition of Goods: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Customized items, unless defective, cannot be returned.
  • Custom-Made and Special Order Items: Custom-made or special order items are only eligible for return if they are defective or not as per the agreed specifications.
